Book Your Training
A 1-day Red Cross certification covering the most essential first aid and CPR skills. This streamlined program is ideal for workplaces needing basic WSIB-approved training or individuals who want practical lifesaving skills without the extended Standard course.
Choose in-class or blended learning (online + classroom) and select your CPR level: A (Adult) or C (Adult/Child/Infant). Training includes hands-on practice, high-quality equipment, and same-day certificates valid for 3 years.
Duration (Red Cross Standards):
Full in-class: 6.5–7.5 hours
Blended: 4 hours online + 3.5–4.5 hours in-class
Recertification: 4–5 hours in-class
Certification valid: 3 years
What You’ll Learn:
CPR & choking response (Adult for Level A; Adult, Child & Infant for Level C)
AED use
First aid for life-threatening emergencies (choking, bleeding, burns, illness)
Scene safety and emergency management
Minimum booking is 8 participants (paid as a flat-rate deposit). Additional participants are $125/person
Get certified in CPR C & AED, covering adults, children, and infants. This training is ideal for caregivers, parents, coaches, and workplace safety compliance.
